Exodus (Program #83) – The Vision of the Tabernacle and Its Furniture and Concerning the Materials and the Pattern (3)

When we consider the story of Moses on the mountain of God in Exodus, most recall that this was the time and place God chose to give the ten commandments, the law to man.  But the story does not end there, Moses lingered for 40 days and 40 nights.  After this extended period in God’s presence, Jehovah unveiled something even higher than the ten commandments.  Don’t miss today’s life study of the Bible with Witness Lee.

Particularly, we are touching this matter of the tabernacle.  The tabernacle is not something that enjoys a high degree of understanding or interest among most Christian, to be honest.  Nevertheless, it is very crucial and important to God.

Luke (Program #44) – The Man-Savior’s Presentation of Himself to Death for Redemption (4)

One item that seems to interest all believers is the rapture of the Christians at the time of the Lord second coming. The prevailing thought among believers today is that the rapture rescues all the saved ones so that they do not have to pass through the suffering associated with the great tribulation.  But the Bible if you read it carefully just does not support such a view. Because it depicts aspect of the rapture taking place at different times. In history these passages had led to confusions, and strong disputing among the brothers and sisters in the Lord. Jeremiah (Program #3) – Crucial Aspects of the Divine Revelation in Jeremiah

The Lord Jesus in the gospel of John chapter 5 speaking to the religionists of His day told them, “You search the Scriptures, because you think that in them you have eternal life; and it is these that testify concerning Me. Yet you are not willing to come to Me that you may have life.” (John 5:39-40) Well, the clear message in this strong word to them and to us is that the whole Bible – both Old and New Testament – reveal Christ and should bring us to the very Christ it reveals every time we touch it. How crucial it is for us to keep such a view in mind whenever we come to the word of God especially in the Old Testament book such as Jeremiah.

Psalms (Program #2) – Christ in God’s Economy versus the Law in Man’s Appreciation (1)

And the impact that these laws has had not just on God’s people but on all of western civilization is hard to overstate.

God’s people both in New and Old Testament heirs treasure the law of God.  But there is a key word in the New Testament that reveals something crucial concerning God’s entire economy and how the law relates to it.  In Rom 5:20 it says, “And the law entered in alongside that the offense might abound”  What does it mean that the law entered in alongside?  Well, we will discuss this in many more items relate to the law and the central focus of God’s economy on today’s program.

Colossians (Program #40) – Holding the Head, Out From Whom All the Body Grows With The Growth of God

Consider this interesting phrase from Colossians 2:19 “And not holding the Head, out from Whom all the Body … grows with the growth of God.” Well as believers we read such verses and surely none of us will disagree but do we really stop to consider, what is it to hold the Head; and why does it say, “holding the Head” and not holding Christ? Well the answer is that most of us take the Bible for granted. Of course we have our special and favorite passages that that we often quote and understand to some extend.  But for the most part, we skim over accepting what it says but not taking the time or the interest to dig and probe and pray over the word.  Today we will dig and probe and even pray concerning this crucial and important section of Colossians.
