On one hand, whether or not we believe in Christ is purely our own decision, we may choose to believe and to receive Him as our Savior. Or, we can elect to reject Him and pay no attention to Him in any meaningful way. Our will is free, and God will respect it either way. But on the other hand, all who have come to a real and genuine faith in the wonderful Christ realize that God was very active in our environment leading up to the moment of our choosing Him.
